Weder BLACK CHANNEL noch RADIO QUERFUNK sind "Eintagsfliegen" im Äther, im Gegenteil wir blicken auf über 8 Jahre "Schaffenszeit" zurück. In dieser Zeit hat sich BLACK CHANNEL eine , dank dem Internet sogar internationale, Fangemeinde aufgebaut und unser Sendearchiv wächst genauso schnell wie unser Enthusiasmus Euch mit unserer Musik zu überraschen.
Die Independent-/Gothicszene lebt nicht nur von "Großen Namen" und tanzbaren Musikrichtungen wie Electro/DarkWave. Tatsächlich, das wissen alle Szenekenner und BLACK CHANNEL Zuhörer, ist das o.g. nur die Spitze des Eisbergs. Black Channel nimmt Euch somit auf die Reise zu den "unbekannten Tiefen unserer Szene", dem lärmenden Noise/Industrial, dem Minimalen Elektronischen, dem Düsteren, dem Experimentellen Elektronischen und der "Grauen Eminenz" des Dark Ambient und des Dark Techno.
Für alle Freunde des Neo Folk und der Neo Classic sei gesagt, daß diese Stile in unseren Sendungen garantiert nicht zu kurz kommen und mit den 120 Minuten Sendezeit, die wir 2x im Monat, Mittwochs von 22:00-0:00 zur Verfügung haben, Euch Zuhörern die musikalischen Aspekte der Szene zeigen wie sie wirklich ist! Wir setzen darauf, dass Ihr unseren Sendebeitrag nutzt, eine eigene musikalische Meinung zu bilden.

We, encompassing Hoodie, Marlon, Jochen and our independent radio show “Black Channel” on “Querfunk, dem Freien Radio Karlsruhe” (104,8MHz/realcast http://www.querfunk.de) would like to complement the rich concert and club scene in and around of Karlsruhe.
Neither Black Channel nor Radio Querfunk are are one-hit-wonders on the air, just the opposite - we went on air 8 years ago. During this time Black Channel established a, due to the Internet, even international fan group and the growth of our music archive can only be compared to our increase in enthusiasm to broadcast to surprise you with our music.
The Independent-/Gothicscene doesn ´t live on popular names and danceable music styles such as Electro/Dark Wave alone. As a matter of fact, well known by music scene experts and of course our Black Channel audience in particular, this is only the tip of the iceberg. Black Channel takes you on a journey into the depths of the resonant Noise/Industrial, to the minimalistic and experimental electronic music and the naturally the well known Dark Ambient and Dark Techno styles.
For all friends of Neo Folk and Neo Classic, be aware, that we complement our broadcasts with these two genres as well. In those 120 Min., every 2nd Wednesday, 22:00-0:00 air time, we trust in you to discover the true aspects of our Independent scene. We also rely on you to create your own musical opinion while enjoying our radio show.
